Coming 16 Nov, I'll be leaving on a jet plane to the Far East. Alone.

RC Kites

Recently, I discovered something very interesting near Clarke Quay. On Fri and Sat night, if you stand on the bridge from merchant court hotel to Clarke Quay and look towards the open field, you'll see colours flying in the sky. Out of curiosity, my depressed friend and I decided to check it out. And wow, those colours are coming from LEDs on Remote-controlled kites. With loud blasting music playing from a car, the kites soar to the sky like a high speed glider, doing amazing stunts. Initially, I wanted to take this up as my new hobby. But it costs $610 for a kite package. It would not be fun playing alone. If any of my friends want to take it up, I'll surely go for it.
